For the past 17 years, Pascale has been making wheat and buckwheat pancakes in accordance with her grandmother's tradition.

In search of local products, Pascale favors the quality and products of Brittany. Flour, eggs and cold cuts are bought locally.

The restaurant is located near Lake Guerlédan and a hundred metres from Bon Repos Abbey and the Nantes-Brest Canal.
