L'EAU D'OUST

Located in Rohan, just a stone's throw from the Nantes-Brest canal, L'Eau d'Oust offers fresh, traditional cuisine with original flavours. Some of the chef's specialties: Madagascan peanut gambas- potato bavarois and watercress coulis, roasted veal with pumpkin, Carnaroli risotto, chocolate cake with cream, veal medallion with duxelle mushrooms, gnocchi and truffles.
