LOUARNIG PARK

OPEN 2020: May 1 to September 27

Louarnig Park, is a leisure park located by a canal lock,15km from Pontivy where you can discover the Breton game heritage on a site of more than 3,500 m², on the edge of the Nantes to Brest canal.

This park offers more than forty Breton games: bowls, pucks, bowling, and strength games. The games are accessible to everyone, individually or in groups. Some are sheltered and others outdoors. You can play them independently. Each game has its set of rules.

Opening :

May, June and September: Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

July and August: daily from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Prices: Adult: € 5 - Child -15 years: Free

Catering / Snack:

Lournig Park does not have a restaurant / snack area. However, you can bring your picnic and lunch on the picnic area near the park where several tables are available or inside the park It is forbidden to bring alcohol into the park. You can find within the park hot or cold drinks, as well as ice cream. A relaxation area within the park is at your disposal to enjoy the calm of the site.

Shop: At the reception of the park, you will find various souvenir objects bearing the image of the park or the canal (pencils, mugs, postcards, key rings, magnets etc.).

The park is relatively flat to facilitate movement with a stroller or in a wheelchair. Access to the game is facilitated.

Baby changing facilites located in the toilets. Pets are allowed inside the park but they must be kept on a leash. A doggie space has been installed within the park with a sandpit for needs and water bowls available.

A nearby car park, has around 30 spaces for cars and two spaces for coaches.
