From the middle of the 19th century, the rich heritage and traditions of Faouët attracted many French and foreign artists in Brittany. Inaugurated in 1987 in a former Ursuline convent of the seventeenth century, the Museum of Faouët works to revive this past effervescence. Its collection, consisting of paintings, drawings, engravings and sculptures, includes more than 450 works. Permanent and temporary exhibitions.
