Nestled in the valley Blavet, about thirty kilometres from Lorient, the village of Poul-Fétan invites you on a real journey into the corridors of history. Entirely restored by inhabitants of Quistinic, this small Breton hamlet is a faithful reflection of peasant life in the 19th century.
Pancakes cooked over a wood fire, making butter, spinning wool on a spinning wheel or weaving rope made of hemp ... Welcome to the small village of Poul-Fétan, in Quistinic! A small village of thatched cottages that smells of the countryside of the nineteenth century. Here, time seems to have suspended its flight, to allow us to discover the traditional activities of the Breton countryside and the Lorient region. Elegantly dressed as in days gone by, the smiling people of the village greet the visitors, and tell the story of "Brittany of yesteryear", that of the work of the fields and the buckwheat porridge. Throughout the day, visitors can indulge in many educational activities, discover the work of hemp and wool, participate in the feeding of animals or have fun trying Birinic or Lever d'Axle! Centuries of Breton traditions told as an open book ... Ti Fanch an inn where you eat with a wooden spoon! An exceptional restaurant that promises you a revisited country cuisine based on fresh and local products.
Parking area for motorhomes.
